In an effort to continue raising the standards of patient care and satisfaction, we conducted our first “Enriching the Patient Experience” Service Workshop. This space, focused on the customer service staff of our current associated clinics, proved to be a catalyst for improving patient care and strengthening the bonds between healthcare professionals and those seeking medical attention.
Under the guidance of expert leaders in the field of customer service and patient satisfaction management, it was a space for learning and knowledge exchange.
