In a virtual event on October 30 and 31, the quality coordinators from our 13 associated clinics participated in a key technical assistance session led by clinical accreditation expert Dr. Isabel Vélez, as part of the Program for Auditing Continuous Health Quality Improvement (PAMEC) with a focus on Patient Safety.
The valuable training was conducted by Dr. Isabel Vélez, an expert in clinical accreditation. The event was divided into two sessions, during which Dr. Vélez shared her knowledge and experiences in clinical accreditation, providing our quality leaders with essential tools and perspectives to strengthen the processes of our associated clinics.
The virtual technical assistance had the participation of 35 individuals from the 13 associated clinics. Undoubtedly, it was a unique opportunity to learn from a distinguished professional in the field and deepen the understanding of the requirements and standards necessary to ensure excellence in medical care and enhance the capabilities of our associated clinics.
